Refund policy

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Slaters Country Store is not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind. This includes items purchased using Afterpay. 

By finalising your order, you are agreeing to these terms.

While we take care to ensure that you receive an item that is in perfect condition, sometimes faults can be missed. If you have received a damaged item, please ensure we are contacted within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Once we have received your return parcel, our returns team will contact you about your return. 

Note that Gift Cards/Store Credits cannot be cancelled for a cash refund. 

Should an item shrink, tear, or break due to improper care or use Slaters Country Store is not responsible for a replacement, refund or credit note.
